Any idea what the condition is, sounds like it could be Angina or Myocardial ischemia.
Myocardial ischemia would cause activity intolerance and shortness of breath which i dont have. Its more than likely a benign dysrhythmia
So probably something more common like dysrhythmia issue. I just mentioned Myocardial ischemia because it could happen with Nitrite poisoning.
50g of sn and you didn't have any nausea? No irritation or pain in the abdominal region either?
Maybe some stomach pain? But i passed out pretty fast to even notice. And i had no nausea or vomiting. If i threw up at all it mightve been when i blacked out potentially? But cops didnt say, and judging by my O2 saturation and how much methylene blue they had to give me, id say i did not vomit

Yes 25g's def makes more sense & think it was just an honest mistake by OP. i.e. they are NOT a pro-lifer trying to scare others off SN. As I can believe that someone can take 25g's of SN without vomiting & be saved afterwards and have heard cases like this. Was it you @Goku Black who posted that medical reports showing the % of ppl who even after seeking medical help & the antidote, still ctb in hospital from SN?
I can't recall but I may have to check but I think that might have been on Vizzys thread about SN.
Oh, I agree and I never thought for once that OP was a pro-lifer and for that matter, I've seen enough of people suggesting that whenever someone fails sn in a way that isn't usually in common with other failed attempts, they called a pro-lifer for surviving under otherwise fatal circumstances. If you remember, that happened for Spectres SN failed attempt thread.
It's definitely possible but rapid medical intervention is the key here.
3 years? Maybe there's something we can exchange notes on sometimes. Taking that amount certainly does leave the possibility of permanent damage rather open.

A longer period without any hydration whatsoever seems to be something to consider. Also, it just occurred to me that I remember the 2nd thread you just link but anyway, minimal to no liquid intake over a long period may allow for sn to be digested even faster. I think that coupled with AEs could definitely reduce vomiting to some extent. Perhaps 24 hours should be useful.

50g, I think they said (1/2 of 100g bag)? That's 2x what PPeH recommends, and as little as 10g can be fatal to a full grown, healthy adult. I don't think quantity was the issue, if those numbers are right. And anything like 98%+ purity is good enough to do the job, according to a qualified doctor on the PPH site. I would suspect it was the intervention alone that saved the day, unless he got a bogus product. I'm sorry Ww42 went through all that, though in a way also glad to hear that, even without an anti emetic, it was tolerable.
