This was last month. But i have not been on this site in a while so i didn't really document it.
I saved up alot of money from my old job, were talking almost 1k and my plan was to order a gun online, take an uber to the gunstore, and have my gun ready and i would have been in and out. Since im in a state where you don't need an actual license to buy rifles, all you need is the paperwork filled and to be legally allowed to own.
I was safe, or atleast i thought i was... To those curious, yes im a hermit. I do not have a drivers license which is why i needed an Uber. The nearest DMV is stupidly far.
So when i made the purchase this is where the plan went into a downfall, i accidentally used my old bank account which was still joint owned by my parents.. as you expect that was my biggest mistake. They saw the charge with the name "gun" in it and they had crisis workers on the phone, they barged into my room like the military and woke me up during my sleep, and intervened. Unfortunately i was not able to get the gun so i got a refund. I was lucky to not be thrown into a mental hospital.
That being said the story does NOT end here.. I plan to repeat the same method, this time with the right account and i plan to be less dumb. Im hoping for the best. The biggest thing in my way right now is me being watched more. But arguably im bound to be home alone for enough time that i can make my trip and back without a hitch.
