Discussion My partner just broke up with me , Im ready to ctb.

I've been in a month long depressive episode and she decides to break up with me over lack of communication.

I literally can't help that I have bpd , I can't help that I'm constantly on edge ... my days are numbered now.

I can't keep up with this world anymore . I'm tired and I'm ready to call it quits.
