Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Okay, yesterday I was lying down about to go to sleep and out of nowhere my paranoia attacked. I also started overthinking a situation with someone, and that was it. It lasted a few minutes, but it was horrible. Now I don't think about it as much, but now I'm wondering how many times I've let my panic and paranoia take over. Sometimes it grabs me out of nowhere, like a flash of a thought, and it keeps going and going until I manage to get rid of it. I think I've fallen low again...
