  • Hey Guest,

Today, OFCOM launched an official investigation into Sanctioned Suicide under the UK’s Online Safety Act. This has already made headlines across the UK.

This is a clear and unprecedented overreach by a foreign regulator against a U.S.-based platform. We reject this interference and will be defending the site’s existence and mission.

In addition to our public response, we are currently seeking legal representation to ensure the best possible defense in this matter. If you are a lawyer or know of one who may be able to assist, please contact us at [email protected].

i strongly believe that there should be nothing. that's it. and we all have a good evidence of it already, think of what do you feel during deep sleep. we don't have any sense of time in it. we don't see anything. hell, we can't even realize this while being in that state, the state of unconsciousness. and before you die you will always become unconscious first. but reincarnation is a whole another question and we can't really prove it. if it's real then i imagine that when we die we will reincarnate only in the next "life" of the universe. like when it collapses back on itself at some point and then explodes again, forming entirely different galaxies, star systems and such than before. so in short - we have only 1 life per universe life. it's like a round based game or something. you get spawned in and then you need to wait for a new round to respawn.

I personally believe that we just cease existing after this and the thought of such a thing is the only comfort especially as existence certainly is so harmful and dreadful. There's nothing more ideal than being unable to suffer, completely unaware of everything for all eternity with this existence finally forgotten about.

To me reincarnation is simply a fictional concept invented by humans who were unable to accept how insignificant their existence truly is, they don't want to come to terms with the fact that existing is just a futile process that could only ever lead to nothing. The thought of reincarnation certainly sounds like something so horrifying to me, but I could never believe in it.

It is terrifying to think of reincarnation in any form. Though I tend to believe it. Who knows how many lives of pain we already lived.

Although the thought of returning as a Dog is appealing, l'm mostly inclined to believe that at the moment of death we simply switch off and self delete!

The ideal would be eternal nothingness after death. But I think that's impossible, considering we're already here. I suppose it doesn't make sense to say that we can specifically exist once.

The truth is that no one can know what happens after death. The universe keeps this information as *TOP SECRET.

That's an interesting idea. I haven't heard of that one before- 1 life per universe... I think/hope there will be nothing after this but- who knows?

I also believe in the same, because after we die the atoms that make us, might become another living creature, that would take a lot of time, but if you're dead time would pass infinitely fast, because you can't observe it, and you would find yourself in a new body instantly after you die, but I really hope I'm wrong.

I want to cease to exist after I die, if I live again I wouldn't know it, but the old me who wished for eternal peace, would be forced to suffer for all eternity.

If someone can disprove this I would be really grateful.

I'm horrified too because I developed a philosophical intuition where I feel very strongly that some sort of reincarnation exists. People who think there's only deep sleep after we die would have to defend how we are just waiting for 'us' to be born and since the beginning of the universe we just perceive nothingness.

But believe me, I don't like it. This world is too much, I just want eternal peace.

Nothingness and non existent are different nothingness exist which is a contractions to non existent a non existent thing can't exist that's what math says so to say we stop existing is a state that makes no sense a thing that exists can't stop existing and also what you call deep sleep scientists say that we experience things we just forget them which doesn't make them nothing we just can't meteorise them

Consciousness is a product of biology, and like every other part of our biology will stop when we are dead. For anyone who thinks we have a "soul," that is a religious term, not a scientific one.
