• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

This is so humiliating. We were having a meeting where a colleague told my manager that I was going to do a complicated project. My manager immediately asked him to not let me do it. He said that I am incapable to do it.

Some people are just pricks, they have no idea the affect things have. Considering that, they're probably an idiot so their judgement on you is worthless.

This is workplace bullying. I understand it's difficult but you can sue him or change your job. I'm sorry you were treated like this.

Even if your performance is low, he should not have humiliated you in front of your colleague. There are many professional ways to tell someone to work harder. It's possible your performance is actually good but your self-esteem won't admit it. Anyway you deserve better. I hope you find the path to deal with the workplace problem.
