Tonight's the night, I managed to get SN shipped to the uk and am ready to go.

I'm going to drive somewhere secluded where I can see the stars and play some soft music.

I've been fasting since about midday yesterday and will prepare 4 drinks of 25g as I'm likely to through up without antiemetics.

1800 gmt - 1g paracetamol
1815 gmt - double recommended dose of antacid
1900 gmt - SN

I'll stay on this thread and give updates as much as I can right until the end to try and see if we can get another timeline of the effects of SN

I haven't been here long but wanted to say thank you to everyone here, you're all so lovely and it's been really nice having somewhere to talk to people openly.
