My days are like that

Why I find difficult to forgive myself for mistakes I do in day to day life?
One criticized comment and I am like oh I don't deserve to live….i am fool
Get sad easily and even more lazy.
I am even more cooked when I hear I am not supposed to meet any professor in my clg because he is not my faculty for current course. A boy is say to me this
I really hate him for this
He is telling my survival ability is 0 and I can't use any proff for personal need….by personal need means to guide me for some project. And that I don't understand real world and that he is not supposed to meet apart from professionally assigned duties which is not actually
But since he was mentor in my last sem I am using him in current sem too. Last sem meet him only once as I was too depressed to move from my bed and that get me low grade
