Venting My cat is dying.

My mom walked into the bathroom and saw her bleeding. She hasn't eaten or drank anything or used the bathroom in a while. She's fucking dying. I treated her like shit in the past and I feel like an asshole now. I love her so much. One less reason for me to live now. I'm standing in the bathroom right now. I cried earlier. I'm probably gonna cut myself tonight considering my family goes to sleep. I will go to heaven with her on the 20th. We'll probably be out of this ragged ass hotel by then. My mental health is about to get so much worse. Take me away lord please.

So sorry to hear about your cat. They become more than a friendly pet. They become family. It must be hard that when you need her the most, she is hurt and you have no way to help. Do your best to enjoy her. Have her put a good word in for you if and when she passes. I will keep the both of you in my prayers.

wait has your cat already passed away or is she sick? You said you'd go to heaven with her on the 20th, but you talk about her in present tense so she's still alive no?
Assuming she's still alive:
I'm assuming you've already taken her to a vet, but you can still give her all the love she deserves now, and those memories will be cherished. I'm not here to tell you to force yourself to keep living or anything like that, but what if she gets better? You can coddle her all you want then.

If she's isn't here with us:
Trust that she probably doesn't remember all the times you might have treated her harshly. Animals tend to recall the last moments of comfort before they die, it makes them feel safe. So her last memories were probably of her enjoying her time with you. If you do ever choose to end things, I hope your last moments are warm and peaceful.

Ok, if she does have something going on in her bladder/kidneys she needs to see a vet or you WILL lose her. I'm sorry, but I have had cats my whole life and I have NEVER seen a cat that got better without treatment. She may LOOK better right now but I promise you she is not. (And I just recently had to put down my tuxedo, Harvey, because he developed kidney problems and they became untreatable, though we did everything we could for him. I still miss him ... He was "front yard guard cat" and my buddy ... )

You did good by her. By doctor do you mean veterinarian? If it's a vet then I'm assuming she'll automatically get the care she needs.As @CatLvr said,she may need further treatment.
