Is there some sort of detailed protocol for supplements? As in, there's stuff like this but it's not an actual protocol (like how detailed SN protocol is lol)
Also yes I considered that there's probably no one-size fits all; but just like SN, despite that, there exists a SN protocol, I find that this should also have a protocol.
(Tbh would be great if companies made "3-a-day" supplements with minerals cross-malabsorbtion taken into account instead of the currently existing "1-a-day"; but for now if there was at least a protocol I could follow I'd highly appreciate while businesses catch on to the idea - already taking 1-a-day for some time but still feel like crap; gotten blood works done but everything normal - can't afford more expensive extensive blood works atm)
(Sorry for posting on Recovery; I was gonna choose OffTopic but I figured perhaps it may also help people in recovery to regulate their bodies? Idk, I myself am not exactly in recovery, I'm just too much of a wimp to attempt, so I figure may as well try to at least keep my head above the water even though that itself is fucking exhausted already - I suppose if I wasn't so exhausted just breathing, I'd be able to formulate the protocol myself)
I noticed a couple users having made posts who happen to be pharmacology students but I think they managed to CTB, anyone here from that field care to weigh in? (Not sure if supplements fall under pharmacology)
