I'm trying to mentally prepare for my way. I want everything to go confidently and without panic. I drank a teaspoon of salt in 50ml of water, it was easy. I plan to drink 2 teaspoons after a while, that's the maximum, I don't want to get poisoned. As I understand it, I almost exactly repeat the taste of sleeping pills, it is equal to about 3 teaspoons, but this is only approximate, everyone has different spoons. Unfortunately, I don't have scales, but I don't think the error is critical when using salt. Surprisingly, I didn't even feel sick from one spoonful of salt, I only noticed a strange dizziness and weakness, a slight headache, but that's nothing. I also used it on an empty stomach and it helps to understand what kind of irritation there will be from taking sleeping pills, and there was irritation, there was heaviness, but I hope that I will get through it when the time comes. I am also sure that sleeping pills are more irritating and may burn the esophagus, but this is not critical for me.
