Metoclopramide side effects?

does anyone have any info on how to manage side effects from meto as part of 48 hour meto protocol for SN?

For example, should I be concerned if it causes some slight stomach discomfort?

I took two pills for this very reason just yesterday. Result: No big side effects

More than stomach issues, I'm worried about akathisia, etc. Medications/medical system is the reason I am having to end it. But if you are not sensitive, you would probably be fine.
