Method methods that involve taking something rather than physical methods?

Something kind of like SN. I dont think ill be able to get my hands on SN anytime soon, so I would like another method similar to it.

I doubt there is anything similar to SN and is easy to get your hands on. At the top of my head I can only think of poison such as cyanide or drugs such as fentanyl. Both arent worth it.

potassium nitrite is similar, and may be easier to find. there's also sodium azide.
