Theoretically, would it help you if you were banned? This is a serious question. If you think this forum harms your mental health, why don't you quit it? And if you are addicted, would a temporary or permanent ban help you? I don't think you broke forum rules though.

Also SS is not that addictive I just check people experiences just to make sure I would not end up surviving my possible attempt and becoming a cripple
