  • Hey Guest,

Today, OFCOM launched an official investigation into Sanctioned Suicide under the UK’s Online Safety Act. This has already made headlines across the UK.

This is a clear and unprecedented overreach by a foreign regulator against a U.S.-based platform. We reject this interference and will be defending the site’s existence and mission.

In addition to our public response, we are currently seeking legal representation to ensure the best possible defense in this matter. If you are a lawyer or know of one who may be able to assist, please contact us at [email protected].

Has anyone ever been put on lyrica for treatment of depression? How were your experiences and how helpful was it?

I have no experience with Pregabalin, but I know this in-depth video exists about it.
I really like this channel since it talks both about dosages, conventional use, recreational use, and drawbacks. Really well-researched without being boring.

Friend tried it and I don't think it works for him, so I would opt for ket tbh. Lyrica is interesting recreationally imho

It's powerful stuff. Best legal drug I ever tried. However, there will be major side effects at the 600 level and you'll see diminishing returns after a short while, like almost every other prescription pill. It made me feel more suicidal if anything. I was one of the first to try it in England, when it was new and expensive (lab hadn't recovered the research costs). Be warned, don't come off it abruptly or you'll itch like crazy.

Tried it a couple years ago, side effects weren't worth it to me.
Suicidal thoughts got worse, drained me so bad, I couldn't go to work or even study, my grades went down, almost lost my job,, Dr prescribed amphetamines to counter the effects which come with a whole new set of problems, then of course even more pills to come down off the amphetamines to sleep.......
Totally not worth it, very expensive.
Tapering off them is a nightmare also

I wasn't put on it specifically for depression, but I understood from the pharmacist, it can have an anxiety-reducing effect. I didn't hear it could help with depression.

I'm taking it for fibromyalgia and anxiety. It helps with the pain but not so much with the anxiety. I still had daily panic attacks after 3 months of taking it and had to suplement my treatment with SSRIs. (but I've been through some though severe shit). Currently off of SSRIs and I don't have those panic attacks anymore but my anxiety level is higher (but also stressful things are happening around me)

Yes. It really helps me on day 1. I took it for a week first time and the first day was the best.

I find if I take it sometimes or maybe once a week it gives me a day off.

I never took it for longer than a week the first time as I was anti pills so don't know about taking it more consistently. Worth trying I think.

Nowadays, I would try anything!

I know it's used for anxiety but this is new to me for depression.
