Thanks, I still have a little bit hope for recovering, but most of the days it's so dark and the feelings that comes and is there all the time is torture …what are you suffering with? Are you feeling also that loneliness and desolate, i hope also that our suffering have a little bit enlightenment x but i really don't know how anymore. Thnx for your reply

I know, that's soooo hard and it's too much in our heads, there's so much going on already in the head, i really say to the psychiatrist and therapists , i can literally feel the depression there.
I don't want to lose my self and my life, it was so beautiful and nice and peaceful, but that's totally gone for 3.5 years now. Big hug x
