Loperamide in SN protocol

Would it be a good idea to add loperamide (anti-diarrhea pills) to my SN protocol? I've heard of people getting diarrhea from SN and I'd like to prevent that, especially since I already have a sensitive stomach

I too have a sensitive stomach. And being that I plan to ctb in a hotel, as a courtesy to the people that will have to do the clean up, I am going to wear an adult diaper. I know it is not very fashionable, but upon death all of the sphincters in the body relax, so it is very normal for people to release. I have read accounts by emt´s that say that sometimes when they move a body after death, that movement causes the body to release.
I want my passing to be as least complicated as possible for all involved, and I have read that using an adult diaper is helpful in clean up. It is going to be complicated anyway, but I want to do what I can to be respectful to the total strangers that will have to deal with my body after I am gone.
Just my thoughts on it.

As loperimide is technically an opioid (although it doesn't reach the brain to create a high) it would SLOW DOWN gastric motility. This is the opposite of what is needed for this protocol. You need the SN to move quickly into the small intestine for absorption. Loperimide will slow down stomach emptying.

Medications like Metoclopramide or domperidone will not only help nausea, but they also INCREASE bowel motility, which is an added benefit.

Of course they don't address possible diarrhea. I don't have an answer for that.
