I'm have so many attempts while alone and always wake up violently sick and just cry. You're definitely not alone. If you want to silence the SI try to stay busy out the house or sleep! Sleeping has always helped me silence the urges

You are so not alone. Was just about to post this very topic. As soon as I start to go over my plan, I freak out. I have to get a hold of my fear.
