An update on the OFCOM situation: As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. OFCOM, the UK’s communications regulator, has singled out our community, demanding compliance with their Online Safety Act despite our minimal UK presence. This is a blatant overreach, and they have been sending letters pressuring us to comply with their censorship agenda.
Our platform is already blocked by many UK ISPs, yet they continue their attempts to stifle free speech. Standing up to this kind of regulatory overreach requires lots of resources to maintain our infrastructure and fight back against these unjust demands. I used to write in my physical journal before I forgot about it. This thread inspired me to go back to it. Anyway:
1. I had French toast for the first time in forever
2. I bought some fresh fruit and bread from the market
3. I finally had time to read the latest chapter of JOJOLands
1. a lot of freetime and I enjoy playing with my new playstation 5
2. soon another exciting gacha game event starts and I barely spent any money on the game despite I am playing it since years
3. talked with my mom and I think she feels better currently. I think she has the false hope for an happy end for our family though I don't try to ruin that I am way too concerned about her health. Hopefully ignorance is a bliss.
Moreover I watched a cool comedy show which was really funny
1. It's hot and sunny (very comforting to me since I had inclement or even cold weather)
2. Was motivated enough to take care of myself by taking vitamins
3. Had enough motivation and energy to do the laundry
1. today was my mum's bday :DD
2. I had a lot of fun with my girlfriend as welll
3. I finally had the energy to watch anime and text some old friends :3
1: I ate some macadamia cookies today, I love them
2: I put my dog in the front yard and spent some time with him
3: I found a cute Hello Kitty keychain on the floor :3
1. phoned with my friends while playing video games
2. the gacha game I played was pretty exciting and made a lot of fun
3. found new and very good Lil Peep songs.
Soon I wll eat a pizza and meet a friend.
However soon the horror will return and the insane pressure and I am so sick of it

(also, mexicans seem to have steel tongues. I can't even eat normal ramyeon without a load of napkins while people in mexico were chugging down extra spicy ramyeon like water . How to be them pls )
2. The food I cooked tasted better than it looked. It was one of those random stuff from the refrigerator kind of thing lol
3. Zit on my face completely healed. It evolved into a blemish but at least it's all dried up. (Reached for this but small victories should be celebrated, right??)
My therapist told me statistics show you can become way more happy if you do that every day.
My day today was pretty shitty but I will try.

1.Me and my dad had an argument on the phone and suddenly the connection was lost. That was quite good. lol
2. In the morning I was less depressed (the evening is fucking with me)
3. One of my Youtube videos had more views than usual
1. I tried alchohol for the first time but it tasted too bitter and disgusting so I threw it out
2. Played some valorant and league of legends
3. Did some research on the occult
1) I ate burger king (Been struggling to eat at all recently)
2) haven't drank alcohol despite it being a day I'm not working
3) been really enjoying sonic frontiers

After my vent about my desperation I try to look at the bright side
Today was my free day and my life quality was way better despite the fact my sorrows overwhelm me.
1. listened to good news articles and I could concentrate on them which distracted me
2. I don't have severe side effects anymore for what I am very thankful. I try not to forget that.
3. I shared my pain and worries with others which was a little bit of a relief
1. woke up feeling better than the last two months
2. got some work done for paid social media
3. got a credit card dispute, but the client apologized for it being accidentally
1. A boy on the street was friendly, asking if I'd like to visit his lemonade stand
2. I got ice cream

I was thinking about this for 5 minutes, and I came up with THESE two things?!? Actually, it makes me sad, but I understand the idea behind this exercise, so I will try to continue
1. I tried a strawberry lemon iced tea today after four years. Last time was in Boston, never ordered it in my own country.
2. I'm probably slipping into hypomania but finally I feel like I could try to continue writing an essay I abandoned six months ago.
3. Managed to go to group therapy
