I can kinda relate to this atm, it's really not great. For me it feels like something I could have so easily avoided too and I didn't and it just sucks.
Do you maybe want to talk about what happened? If that would help?
Well one of the main reasons I am depressed is because I chose a major with most job opportunities requiring someone not autistic unlike me, also in my major most of what I learned is academic and now I cannot get a job.

We can ruin things so easily. I think of how much I had going for me when I was younger and I want to scream. Strength, health--it's so unspeakably valuable!
