I think i am done with this site and its gd but anyway anyone eles so tired and sensitive I feel like so weird like I just feel like im in a loop I don't know anything anymore I feel calm on hour and depressed the next. It's like I falling back in this hole where I can never escape

It sure was dealing with no hope no willing to live no one to care about you or love you and being a failure in everything it was a literal hell for me but with enough time with myself to think and with a lot of work i healed not completely but at least i no longer plan to ctb i have goals in my life now and I'm not looking to leave anytime soon that's why i try to help people in these forums to at least make them know that there is always a way out you just have to be willing to go for it
