Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

this past week or so i've been trying to sleep a lot more.
bc if i don't sleep, i comfort-eat / cry.
so you go to bed and next thing you know it's 8 hours later, it's absolutely fantastic.
it's like a free trial of death.

i'm not even kidding.
and if your room is dark enough, even if you are not tired, you WILL fall asleep eventually.
simply from the darkness of the room.

just a little trick lol

Done that for a very long time. It became automatic, but, it screws up your 'circadian rhythm' greatly.

It was nice pulling an "all-nighter" with some boost in my mood and drive, be active when everyone's asleep, but then going to sleep myself around 6 A.M, sometimes 10, then wake up at 16:00 P.M or 18...

That was the awful part. Some days I'd wake up past 20:00. Latest being around 22:00 P.M. Everyone was near their bed time, I was just getting out of it.

Not sure if you've ever had this, but by over-sleeping, I'd get into sleep-paralysis loops often.

I'd sleep up to 12 hours when I can, sometimes it can reach 14 hours too. It's great yea, but I end up missing important things oftentimes (Like my groupmates discussing stuff, my household having food I've been wanting to eat but now it's all gone)

I've been trying to sleep for longer; I didn't know darkness was what I was missing! But yeah it does sound nice to sleep more. I'll give it another try
