What's your favourite biscuit?

Sorry- I know. Click bait...

Are you a dunker? What drink?

I love biscuits. My favourite might be a Bourbon Cream. They remind me of my Grandpa. Not sure why. I don't remember him eating them all that much but, he was a big biscuit fan too.

I'm actually not sure. I'm too confused by the sheer variety of definitions for what a biscuit even is. Having to figure out which of these unknown confectioneries is the one I like most when I'm not even sure which of my preferred choices even count as one? Hard to say.

I am flabbergasted! Whats even the point of a biscuit if its not dunked? Its just dried up sugar rock!

I have a lot of Russian stores next to me, and they have some great biscuits, in
flavors like cream, baked milked, and chocolate. They absorb drinks well. You can
control how soft the biscuits get pretty easily. I start with a "pilot" biscuit, where
I dunk, count to three and retract. Depending on how soft it is, I will increase
or decrease the count. You don't want the biscuit falling in!

I take my biscuits with tea - no sugar. The biscuits have enough. Any tea will
do, but I like flavored black teas or herbal infuses.

I am trying to lose some weight, so unfortunately, I haven't had biscuits in a while. *sigh*

But for dunking I find the plain ones are better. I usually have an Ovaltine with digestives and hobnobs
