It's time to go home.

I'm not the type to feel comfortable asking for advice, and this is a very specialized question that won't apply to many people, but I will try.
When I leave, I wish to leave behind a website, containing not just what I can and wish to leave behind for this world (impersonal), but also the letters and notes I choose to leave for the few people with whom I wish to share my reasons for leaving when I did, reassurance that it was a true choice and not an act of desperation, and the gratitude and love I feel for them, for the time we spent here, but cannot share a handwritten letter with, due to reasons of distance - these files will be securely password-protected with something that only the specific person in question can know, inside non-indexable subfolders for each person, the URL of which will then be sent to the respective person via a delayed-email service, ensuring only they have access to this.
Do any of you have experience with or even neutral advice on how to best approach this situation, in regards to the hosting of such, in regards to the longevity of the site and its hosting being paid many years into the future, but also and especially in regards to web hosts who (likely) won't invade a user's privacy to the extent of going after or taking down content after suicide or such measures? I will be fully wiping any and all devices and hard drives prior to my leaving, so a VPS or self-hosting is out of the question, due to the necessity of continued maintenance without interruption - therefore, shared hosting seems like my only option.
This is an extremely specific situation and question, and I do not assume it to apply to anyone (I presume most would not leave their messages via such a route), but I felt it would be worth a try to ask, as this is unfortunately not something that can be searched for.
