Here's a few of mine !
I can't wait to listen to yours.

have strep throat and I am in bedroom doing art/ and bed. Running a fever this morning
so I would appreciate any new music to listen to in my bed rest.
preferably relatable but I will listen to everyone's at-least once. Just to feel connected.

Here's a few I can relate to / speak for me
( tried to include one of each genre )

- man of war Radiohead
- lucky Radiohead
- strange fruit Billy holiday
- Bollywood apologetics black wing
-Lacrimosa Mozart
-chum earl sweatshirt

My orchard has just died I am going to take some time to listen to these. Please if anyone has a song for grief I would appreciate

  • Zafar (La Vela Puerca)
  • La Yumba (Osvaldo Pugliese)
  • Humo (Rupatrupa)
  • Canción para mi muerte (Sui Generis)
  • Cactus (Nasa Histoires)

I don't know what's worth fighting for
Or why I have to scream
I don't know why I instigate
Or say what I don't mean
I don't know how I got this way
I'll never be alright
So I'm breaking the habit.

Can you tell from the look in our eye?
We're going nowhere
We life our lives like we're ready to die
We're going nowhere
You can run but you'll never escape
Over and over again
We will ever see the end?
We're going nowhere

Bury the light deep within
Cast aside there's no coming home
We're burning chaos in the wind
Drifting in the ocean all alone

SKZ sounds like a psychedelic drug.
SKZ is short for Stray Kids. Btw they have a song that's psytrance and mentions the side effects of a drug. The song is called Side Effects. I think the drug in question is some kind of stimulant. Probably coke or Adderall lol

I generally only post rock/metal due to trauma and the lyrics being very personal but my music library is so varied : 6,402 songs on my iTunes/iphone - classical, rap, hip hop, orchestral, dance, jazz, EDM, pop, soundtracks, etc.

Stray Kids - googled them. From Korea. Are they K-Pop?

Sounds like edm, blast beats, harmony and pop fused. I think genres are all dead - every musician has a blend of everything nowadays.

It's too happy for my current state anyway lol. The beat reminds me of David Guetta and "happy" songs. Probably why I'm just reliving 2000-2002 with agrresive and harmful metal/rock lyrics.

When I wasn't so dead inside - I saw Diplo live in Vegas (didn't drink but it was a bit annoying with everyone being drunk). David Guetta, Steve Aoki, Massive Attack, Aforjack, Swedish House Mafia, Avicii, Tiesto, etc.
Steve Aoki's done some kpop lol

The Final Cut Pink Floyd
agreed!

at op: some lyrics
Hey, oh
Sheets of empty canvas
Untouched sheets of clay
Were laid spread out before me
As her body once did
All five horizons
Revolved around her soul
As the earth to the sun
Now the air I tasted and breathed
Has taken a turn
Oh and all I taught her was everything
Oh I know she gave me all that she wore
And now my bitter hands
Chafe beneath the clouds
Of what was everything
Oh the pictures have
All been washed in black
Tattooed everything
I take a walk outside
I'm surrounded by
Some kids at play
I can feel their laughter
So why do I sear
Oh, and twisted thoughts that spin
Round my head
I'm spinning
Oh, I'm spinning
How quick the sun can, drop away
And now my bitter hands
Cradle broken glass
Of what was everything
All the pictures had
All been washed in black
Tattooed everything
All the love gone bad
Turned my world to black
Tattooed all I see
All that I am
All I'll be
Yeah
I know someday you'll have a beautiful life
I know you'll be a star
In somebody else's sky
But why
Why
Why can't it be
Why can't it be mine
