Ok am at hotel near planned 500ft cliff jump.

Other than overcoming SI

How do I ensure not landing on feet ASWELL as ensuring I avoid any ledges or sticking out rocks on the way down?

Is it best to just get some momentum and kind of do a sideways jump or run and jump?
I cant do a head first
