Lack of sleep makes me miserable .

I didn't sleep well last night and that has really fucked me up.
Can't take sick leave cause I have recently stopped work early one day and took half day leave. Now I am miserable
God help me.
I took energy drinks, that is keeping me semi awake but I am still sleepy Well lack.

Not being able to sleep hugely compounds any problems you're already experiencing - sorry you're having a shit day! Hope you manage to power through.

If it becomes semi regular then perhaps consider something like promethazine for when you know you're going to have a bad night - it's not a sleeping pill, just a drowsy antihistamine but that's what my psychiatrist recommended to me. You can usually buy it from a pharmacist.

I find the initial waking up bit slightly harder, but once I'm up and about it's fine.

For me it's difficult all through. It gets worse as time passes
I drank 2 energy drinks, two teas but continue to be miserable . Also I felt sleepy during daytime but when it gets night I won't be sleepy. Hate my body.

That sounds rough. I know the feeling of being tired all day and then not at night - it's like your brain just wants to do the opposite of whatever you should be doing at the time.
