Hello I am Hela

I've survived multiple overdoses both on purpose and for highs ... I've survived hanging myself and cutting open my veins.
I'm known as a high risk overdoser and cutter at my nearby hospital and a risk everytime I go in , even if it has nothing to do with me trying to end my life.
Suicide is hard but at the same time you have to be ready to go and I guess in some aspects I'm not .

I just hope one day I have the courage to become that statistic like everyone else.

If anyone needs to have someone to message or vent to I'm always available.
