Mostly cuz he sold to a minor, youngest customer was 16 I believe, and gave consulations over the phone which is technically illegal. Had he not done those two things, he would have some legal backing for his work but he fucked up massively.

Not the best source, granted, but I'm not surprised. They're calling it a "poison" , which it isn't. SN has become almost impossible to get. The company I ordered from is now requiring credentials that you are a scientist or work at a university etc. I'm surprised that Canada would charge him with a crime, as they are pro-euthanasia and actively encourage it.
Bottom line, I'm livid at the so-called "prolife" activists. Where I live, If you call the suicide hotline you're going to be sent to a holding facility, stripped, and observed for 3 days. You do not see a psychiatrist, counselor, or even given meds. What good is it? This is my argument. These people do nothing to help. They are incentivized to keep people alive so the drug companies can make money from the antidepressants that do not work. That's all it is. Mental healthcare is a joke. Once in awhile I've come across a professional that really does seem to care and wants to help, but they are few and far between. At the end of the day psychiatry/psychology and all the related fields are worthless. It's madness. I digress...
Supposedly, the SN has a shelf life of 3 years if stored properly, according to this site. I hope this is true, because I fear I won't be able to get my hands on another package...
And to all you "do-gooder's" out there reading this, and I know you monitor this forum, I'm sorry your loved one died. Truly. But ask yourself why?
For all the hateful energy you use to try and shut this site down, and punish people like Kenneth Law, why not petition your government to make mental healthcare a priority, or at the least more affordable... If someone is going to be detained for observation, they should receive some psychological help, and a continuation plan after discharge. Not that I think psychology is useful, but it could help some people. Get to the root cause of why we want to die. Your preventing us from accessing products used for self deliverance is just causing us that much more suffering. So, do you really care?

Fuck i didn't know that police were looking for EEBD hoods too hopefully I don't get a wellness check
I had a wellness check in May with my EEBD Hood, the cops were very nice, I answered a few questions, some I didn't, and I then said, 'look can we wrap this up, you can see I'm ok and I ordered the Hood 11 months ago', they said fine, haven't heard from them since

I hope not. in the article it said they were keeping an eye out for SN and EEBD hoods though.
KL is being charged with 14 counts of murder. I know most, if not all of us here disagree with that. But under the law the FBI will treat it as serial murder.

After all he is in a Canadian jail and Canadian laws are applied. I can't see any reason for him to be extradited to another country as long as he serves a sentence here after his trial.
However of course if he does get released eventually he may face extradition to US or UK.
Has anyone seen reliable (actually from a lawyer!!) info on this?

I saw that as well, who are these posters that the journalist is meant to be quoting?:

Who are these sources talking to that reporter? That's B.S.

I posted on that thread where a poster said Law "should have been rewarded for his service." Another poster likened him to a drug dealer or pimp.The journalist unsurprisingly left comments like that latter one out of their piece.

Sn is used in food so however anyone uses them is up to that Individual. The odds are against him though if they are going to prove he was telling buyers the exact lethal dosage for ctb.

I think the first degree murder charge won't stick and is more just to get him to take a plea deal.
He still sounds fucked though, he might(?) get away with telling people the lethal dose if he argues that he was doing it for safety purposes, as in "don't take this much of it or you'll die" kinda thing, depends on how he worded it.

Well said. I'm not entirely sure how to feel on the rulings of case, but he had it coming. Even if you can look past how he deemed us as a means to an end, he was stupid about it. I feel no pity for this man.
