acab. the police were never there to protect people, only to protect the state. the police has always been a tool to oppress and restrict freedom, as shown here
Mostly cuz he sold to a minor, youngest customer was 16 I believe, and gave consulations over the phone which is technically illegal. Had he not done those two things, he would have some legal backing for his work but he fucked up massively.Really funny how the media treats KL like satan.
fair enough. he basically earned himself the legal darwinian award.Mostly cuz he sold to a minor, youngest customer was 16 I believe, and gave consulations over the phone which is technically illegal. Legit FBI. When asked the agent presented an FBI badge.Did they have the legit FBI seal or are you just using 'FBI' as a synonym for LE?
I ask because I find it weird how rights for suicidal people are handled by the state prosecution and congress and LE but the FBI only covers law on the federal level. The only way I see the FBI being involved is if they are treating the situation as "serial murder" as some states prosecute aiding suicide as murder/manslaughter, which is within the FBI domain.
JUST very weird that this is being treated like a serial murder case rather than being handled as welfare checks by local LE. Not saying that welfare checks are great, just saying that it's less expansive.
Really funny how the media treats KL like satan. I once say a news article put a stock picture of cocaine mistaking it for SN and it gave me a good chuckle.
Journalism is dead, but its corpse is very goofy.
The police department that arrested the IC owner Kenneth Law and 10 others has made a Public Safety Announcement today warning the public of the province to be on the lookout for SN packages and items that appear to be eebd hoods (Nitrogen method). I would assume that other law enforcement agencies outside of Ontario who were connected to Kenneth's case would make their own announcements soon. It sucks now SN will become even more restrictive due to this, when they brought up the gas masks I had a feeling they are going through this forum, eh I guess its now or never to order SN from where I live.
You can watch the PSA here
I'd say so.noooo I wish I were a customer of him too -.- to late to buy SN from him? :/
I had a wellness check in May with my EEBD Hood, the cops were very nice, I answered a few questions, some I didn't, and I then said, 'look can we wrap this up, you can see I'm ok and I ordered the Hood 11 months ago', they said fine, haven't heard from them sinceFuck i didn't know that police were looking for EEBD hoods too hopefully I don't get a wellness check

From Kenneth Law--Since you ordered from China, you won't get a wellness checkDid you order from him, or from chinese website? I ordered from china
I hope not. in the article it said they were keeping an eye out for SN and EEBD hoods though. From Kenneth Law--Since you ordered from China, you won't get a wellness check
KL is being charged with 14 counts of murder. I know most, if not all of us here disagree with that. But under the law the FBI will treat it as serial murder.Did they have the legit FBI seal or are you just using 'FBI' as a synonym for LE?

Does it matter how the FBI would treat this?KL is being charged with 14 counts of murder. I know most, if not all of us here disagree with that. But under the law the FBI will treat it as serial murder.

Damn, this whole case gets crazier and crazier...I don't know anything about the criminal justice system, especially in Canada so I guess I can't really comment on the charges but I'm just shocked by the whole thing, like WTF was he actually doing to make it first degree murder (obviously more than anyone was aware of since they keep adding all these charges) I wonder what will come out about him.Update on this case - now a first degree murder charge

I think the first degree murder charge won't stick and is more just to get him to take a plea deal.Sn is used in food so however anyone uses them is up to that Individual. The odds are against him though if they are going to prove he was telling buyers the exact lethal dosage for ctb.
Well said. I'm not entirely sure how to feel on the rulings of case, but he had it coming. Even if you can look past how he deemed us as a means to an end, he was stupid about it. I feel no pity for this man.He was recorded by undercover journalists giving them specific instructions on how to kill themselves with SN. There's no ambiguity. He fucked right up.
