It is important to know that people have been acquitted of murder charges in the canadian system if they do not send a substance into someone without consent or if both of them plan to die in a pact and 1 survives. They get down to a abetting suicide charge

I saw that the cbc did an foi request to the police and they got emails of him telling people what dosage is best. He is so fucked legally.
If he gets murder he has to wait 25 fucking years for parole
at his age it is life without parole at this point
if he gets abetting suicide he will face a max of 14 years per charge.
the glowies also want to investigate the site as said recently.
Bummer but at this point he has put himself through hell by himself. Darwin Award of the Legal System.

I think the first degree murder charge won't stick and is more just to get him to take a plea deal.
He still sounds fucked though, he might(?) get away with telling people the lethal dose if he argues that he was doing it for safety purposes, as in "don't take this much of it or you'll die" kinda thing, depends on how he worded it.
It would have worked had that been what he said but that is not the route he took. Dude fu*ked up big time!

Mostly cuz he sold to a minor, youngest customer was 16 I believe, and gave consulations over the phone which is technically illegal. Had he not done those two things, he would have some legal backing for his work but he fucked up massively.
When he sold to me he never asked for ID. I also got a police visit regarding it. Canandian authorities provided them with a list and my name was on it. They tracked me through my bank details as my name wasn't on the delivery but my name was on my bank card. So not sure how they can prove he knew he was selling to a minor?

I don't have a subscription and can't read the actual article, but the title has some interesting insights.

Sounds like standard criminal procedure. He'd be tried in his own country and if found not guilty then the UK could decide whether they ask Canada to extradite him and charge him for the deaths in the UK.

Edit: I'm also just going off of the title/thumbnail.
