Angst Filled Fuck Up

Sometimes I leave this place because I feel like just maybe everything's fine or going to be okay, but I think I'm just fundamentally broken deep inside. There's something lacking, something I'm always yearning for or needing, but never sure what that thing is.
Sure I can say I'm unfulfilled, lonely, or unappreciated/unloved, all of those things are true. But there's something deeper at play as well. A kind of inability to ever feel joy or to feel complete. Like I'm constantly empty and faking it as a human being. I think it's possible I could have everything in the world and still feel this way.
Also, I'm back. Maybe I should've started with that.
