I was gonna jump for my method to ctb. I have a 200 foot tall bridge onto hard ground, will this be enough and any tips to mentally prepare? I plan to do this in a week or so

SI is real. My life is awful, and I need to ctb. For the last 3 weekends, I've been traveling to a 200-foot bridge a few hours aways from me, but each time I get to the ledge, SI kicks in. It's so frustrating, and I don't think I can overcome it.Similar threads
