I've been trying to CTB for about two years now.

I have perfected a method that will get me to a location at least 160 feet above ground on a balcony with a fall straight onto concrete provided that I make a small leap from the railing. I hit my weed pen like 7 times to overcome SI but diddnt work. The time before that I used lorazepam but that diddnt work either as I just fell asleep.

The next time I can access that location is in 3-4 weeks, i think alcohol is the next move for me.

Thoughts?
Basically anything that makes me go unconscious even for a second so I can fall backwards. Helium? Anisthesia? Idk

I have now decided I need to get this done a lot quicker than 3 weeks. My family is imploding and I will personally implode soon. Once that happens, my anger will cause massive pain to others and myself. Need to beat myself to that point via CTB off a balcony with alcohol beating my SI.

Wish me luck

Im really sorry for all you have been challenged with, and everything youve gone through with it.

You deserve happiness, don't blame yourself so much.

i feel like overcoming SI is best done impulsively, with little thought given to what you're about to do, a spur of the moment thing without strategizing

I've been in the same position as you. You make think alcohol will do it but you'd have to be absolutely hammered and could pass out like with lorazepam

I'm gonna be puking drunk
I just don't think it's enough unless you're in a manic state and can just do it. If you're planning it/leading up to it and are already worried about SI..it will take over imo

dont know where you're doing it, but maybe try running as a head start. being steady and stable will only make you want to continue staying steady and stable. that running start might be enough adrenaline to push you over. combine that with being absolutely hammered and your hand eye coordination will force you over.

always worth a shot. good luck

in my personal experience, alcohol made me feel normal so I ended up not going through with it. but it's worth a try i guess.

i can sort of get a running start. I am planning on forcing myself to at least stand on the rariling while holding onto something. I think my hand eye will get me over. then its goodbye.

You're not gonna be able to do it sober. You just won't. Your brain will force you to back down. Get drunk and then you can make your brain stfu

30-40% of the suicides in the US show alcohol in the system at the time of suicide!

def alcohol. a lot. heavy sedatives or benzo as well could assist. i also find that the more emotional and stressed i am my SI goes away leading to better results
