I never noticed anyone at all and was right on the edge.

It's a definite that you would ctb from around 500ft. It's gone very quiet about anyone recently ctb at Beachy Head. I was planning on going back at night time.I'm planning to jump there in little over 3 weeks. The scenery is to die for in my opinion
I think it's rumoured they patrol the area looking for people who may want to ctb to talk them out if it etc.. I have a feeling it's more a media thing to try to put people off. There may well be the odd patrol around occasionally but it would need enormous man power to patrol what is miles of cliffs. What do the chaplains do?
Thank you. You tooIt's a definite that you would ctb from around 500ft. It's gone very quiet about anyone recently ctb at Beachy Head. I was planning on going back at night time.
I wish you well and hope you find the peace you are in need of.
Yeah I saw that today. Horrible really. She clearly had issues and rather than treat them our gutter press hounded her and system jailed her. They must shoulder a chunk of the responsibility.![]()
Lawyer jailed after racist tirade on flight found dead at Beachy Head
A lawyer jailed for spitting at a flight attendant during a racist, foul-mouthed tirade has been found dead at Beachy Head.www.standard.co.uk
Also stunningly beautiful
Also considering Beachy Head. Just a bit anxious about the chaplaincy team patrolling and what I'd say if they saw me. Beachy Head is a lovely place and if I'm gonna go I can't think of a better place to go.
>being jailed for saying something racistYeah I saw that today. Horrible really. She clearly had issues and rather than treat them our gutter press hounded her and system jailed her. They must shoulder a chunk of the responsibility.
Also, Beachy Heads close to where I am, be warned there's lots of signs and pro-life folk parading around, so best take a big camera or something if you're not going to just do a Tommen and walk straight off without pausing.
And a 40 something man https://www.theargus.co.uk/news/17812781.man-dies-falling-cliffs-saltdean/A 16 year old girl jumped from Saltdean cliffs today which are about a 20 minute drive from Beachy Head but arent as high. May she rest in peace.
260 miles
you still thinking of beachy headAlso considering Beachy Head. Just a bit anxious about the chaplaincy team patrolling and what I'd say if they saw me. Beachy Head is a lovely place and if I'm gonna go I can't think of a better place to go.
I've tried jumping off CS BridgeAgreed. Beachy Head isn't an option for me now though. Its around 5 or 6 hours on a train so I decided against it. I do have other options though. Clifton Suspension Bridge is one of them (only 40 mins away)
The Clifton bridge is not as high and lots of barriers,I'm about 40mins from there also.im going to drive to Beachy HeadI've tried jumping off CS Bridge
Very busy so high chance of being stopped + barriers
I got stopped

Nothing too exciting I tried climbing over the barriers a lady caught me and pulled me back and I ran off.Don't keep us in suspense...what happened?

I'm ready to go tomorrowHas anyone heard of anyone ctb at Beachy Head recently?
It is a lovely place but only 300ft... thinking BH is more guaranteed at 500ft...but thanks for the suggestion it's an alternativeThere is a place called hell's mouth which is a popular place to CTB. Much like beachy head , it is a beautiful place . I've been there a few times but never had to guts to go through with it
Realistically the jump spots from Beachy are 300-400ft so both are surely good options. It is a lovely place but only 300ft... thinking BH is more guaranteed at 500ft...but thanks for the suggestion it's an alternative
I agree both are good although you can get the 500ft at BH at the right spot and missing any ledges will get you the right result... exciting times aheadRealistically the jump spots from Beachy are 300-400ft so both are surely good options.
I'm sorry it turned out this way for you. How tall was the building you jumped off of?umped off a not tall enough building (hence why i am still here a cripple)
More than welcome to come alongI'd fucking love to do Beachy Head.
I'd like to do thisMore than welcome to come along
