Hello,

I plan on jumping off of a 200 - 250ft cell tower (I've had some experience climbing them from urbex), I'm just questioning a few things though...

1. Will it be an instant death? If I am to land on my head, I really hope for it to be instant and painless as possible...
2. Does it matter what I land in? At this height, I assume it wouldn't matter if I landed in sand, grass, or concrete, but I just want to make sure.
3. Should I try a taller tower to be safe? I might be able to do a 600ft one, but that requires some more bullshit to do though...
4. Is there a "right way" to do it? (This sounds stupid tbh), but like should I get a running start and jump to clear the fence on the ground?

I want to make sure the method I use is about as instant and painless as possible, I think jumping is probably the best method, if everything's all good, I plan on doing it in 2 days.

I feel like jumping off of a tower is a much more viable way than off a building imo, you wont have any risk with hitting any vehicles or pedestrians, and it's also easy to access. I've been considering a crane, but I don't think it'd be nice for a construction worker to see my dead body...

Anyways, thanks.

Well death to the head is a instant death it just would depend on the force applied

Landing on your head is difficult because your body can wobble in the air.

What about the other workers that might see your body? Anyway you should aim for a flat ground since trees and bushes can actually shield your fall.

1. Most jumper died by internal bleeding and fractures, the fall will just knock you out super hard. Head impact has increased brain trauma and possibly breaking neck which add lethality.

2. It still does, someone survive a fall plane by landing on hay. Aim for solid hard ground like concrete or road pavement and avoid anything on the way.

3. You decide, the higher might be better but having a high tower with solid base to land on are better than higher tower with more vegetative around it.

4. The right way is don't, poor workers has to deal with another problem but landing on your torso or head first is almost a guaranteed at that height. Your SI will try to use hand and leg to break the fall, just embraced the ground with your chest and there's gotta be a few rib bones piercing your internal. I'm not sure about 'running'.

Shit's scary man. I tried to hang myself on a cell tower (because I wanted a high drop to dislocate my vertebrae) and I eventually climbed down because I was freaking out and was uncoordinated from the alcohol.

Yeah, you'd have to be up crazy high and it's not as easy to climb as it looks. I think unless you really did your homework and had primo balance you would probably just break something.
