JK method: the Pesto of doom

Apparently 1KG of Basil can cause multiorgan failure due to its toxicity. I'm not aware if this is a sure way to go, I'd say it wouldn't be pleasant (multiorhan failure doesn't seem nice) nor accurate (you might be pooping a puking all the time, I guess it would be kinda like trying to poison yourself with the cyanide in almonds, you'll trigger your body poison defense system).
Nonetheless going out with a fucking giant and delicious pesto recipe can have it's perks, and if you are allergic to nuts you could spice things up adding them into your pesto, which is a common and tasty fit. The question now is: what kind of pasta?
