I’ve stopped trying to get better

I've given up on getting better. I'm no longer even trying anymore. I'm winging myself off my current meds. I'm tired of life to be honest. Waiting till January is going to be hard. Ctbing is the right decision for me. I'm ready to go.

I told my Husband 2023 is the year. He doesn't believe it yet, still in shock I guess. I told him to think of me as having a terminal illness and just expect it is coming and I cannot fully predict when. He chooses to stay its on him.

Idk he's kindof a asshole about it sometimes. Other times he is really supportive. Tbh I feel awful as it's not his fault and puts so much stress on him. That's why I told him we should get divorced or separate but he doesn't want to do that.
