here is my method
on an empty stomach
metoclopramide 45minutes wait
7g phenobarbital + benzo (oxazepam/alprazolam) + alcohol
8g amitryptyline and digoxin dissolved in water (for amitryptiline as in phe)
normally the method is slow for several hours to die but it is very effective
if no rapid sedation: increase oxazepam

At the end of last year I took 21 grams of phenobarbital and 3 grams of morphine. I was in a coma for 22 days: 14 in a deep coma and 8 in a not-so-deep coma. I didn't have any permanent sequelae.

Honestly, phenobarbital isn't that powerful, and I used morphine, which is much stronger. Not that I want to discourage you from doing it, but I've done it with a much more lethal combination and it didn't work.

I would have a backup method just in case, there's no reason why you shouldn't be extra careful with it since it's an ultimative choice.
