It's so hot I am struggling to breathe

Even my air my table fan blows is hot as fuck. I can literally feel the heat getting trapped in me. Struggling to sleep even at the darkest hour of night when things are relatively cooler.

I do have an airconditioner in my room, but it won't cool the place anymore. I don't know what happened, just that we got it fixed for an exorbitant amount just last May, and it already isn't working. I didn't use it between November and March, and my mother says that could be a reason why it isn't working. That only makes me feel guilty and more depressed and angry at myself.

We don't have enough money to fix the AC and then pay the increased electricity bills too. So I guess I have to suffer. It sucks living in India rn.
Update: My father is going to fix it tomorrow. I shudder to think of the costs.

I hate myself. I am 100% sure it isn't working because of me. I am a waste of money.
I am so angry at myself I can feel an aneurysm coming on. Or something

I'm really sorry, as someone with sensory issues I understand the torturous feeling when it's too hot, and people act like we're dramatic as if heat can't kill people. It's not as bad where I live but you get the point. Also don't blame yourself over the AC, that shit acts up all the time and it's kind of ridiculous to beat yourself up over the WEATHER. It's literally not your fault don't worry your dad will fix it.

The technician didn't turn up. The weather cooled down a bit. Gave me hope. And then my table fan conked off. Weather keeps oscillating between unbearable and hot, I guess I am doing better now
