i love my family and friends, i have hope that things could get better and be resolved, but it's just so much and it'd be easier if i were just dead... i can't believe how badly i messed up, i just feel so sorry to everyone around me and to myself. happy bday i guess.

Please try and not be so hard on yourself, as I, like everyone, has messed up, it is called life. There are always positive and negative aspects to everything always, however the good now and down the road makes watching a beautiful sun rise and/or sun set so wonderful.

this is very kind, thank you <3 i feel i used to be a very kind and caring person, and then something changed. i had a manic episode, and i just did something so out of character for me. that's not to excuse what happened, but i just don't understand myself. trying to have self-compassion but it's hard. hoping i can find peace soon and continue living.
