I'm back on antidepressants (picked them up today).

Taking things easy.
I now have a written will and toxic chemical in my room.

Good. Would it make you feel more intent on the future if you get rid of the will and the chemical?

Not trying to lecture or anything, just if you are in a good place please do everything you can to remain there.
