Is this rope good for partial?

It's pretty long, but that doesn't really matter, does it? It can withstand 100+ kg from what I remember so it should work for partial right? I'm ≈ 90 kg. I'm scared that it's not thick enough or that the material is unconvenient for hanging. Put a small banana next to it for size reference. Will the rope work?

Also, hangmans knot or Slip knot? Can I do it drunk?

Edit: Due to criticism towars the banana scale, it's might be useful to know that it's even less thick than my pinky finger. I've got small and thin hands.

Every single method has this risk unless you're on assisted suicide. The brain dying off is part of dying and If you're rescued before it completely dies you'll always end up with brain damage

8-12mm rope will do, so as long as it is somewhere in between these numbers, you're good. The rope being a bit thinner shouldn't be much of an issue.

This knot should work well.

I know more about full suspension than partial, so if someone can chime in and help, that'd be even better.

Width. 10mm is perfectly fine for hanging, so you're good!

AFAIK a thicker rope is not better, since it can spread the pressure instead of focusing on one area, making the process slower.

Can't know how thick is too thick. Testing needs to be done, I don't have access to ropes right now, but I'm thinking of ordering a bunch of them and experimenting myself.

I would assume it also depends on one's anatomy, so it's really something most people will need to figure out on their own.

That's a sensible idea buying several ropes and testing them out. I think 12mm seems really ideal for both full and partial.
