this will be my SN regime

(fasting for a few hours)

1. paracetamol — two 750mg tablets 45min before drinking
2. plasil/meto — three 10mg tablets 30min before drinking
3. drink it — 25/30mg - 50/55ml

is there anything I should add? it is good?
