Is this method possible?

If I submerge myself in a body of water and I try to inhale water fast enough, would it get into my lungs and like would it drown me fast? I'm running out of options to CTB

To cut it short, I lost everything in one month, lol

A month ago, I had my Gf with me so i didnt care about anything else, then she got tired of me and dumped me and said some pretty harsh things about me. Just a week after that, i got admitted to a hospital due to some deadly disease, i was on the verge of death but it's unfair that i didnt die in that hospital bed. I eventually got discharged, still all i can think about is my gf, nothing else.

I was actually thinking of committing before i had her, and she saved me. Didnt really think she would be the same reason why ill be back on the same track. Here i am again, lost and confused, no purpose in life whatsoever.

Not really, tbh. I'm alone now, I did still suffer even when i had my gf, but now i suffer alone. I just hope they don't end up blaming themselves for something i did
