im gonna ctb tomorrow night. i was originally gonna od on tylenol or advil but the majority of people agree its a rlly painful and ineffective method so instead im going to just have to take all the other pills in my house and hope for the best. this is a list of some of the pills i have available; there's probably more but ive been too depressed to get out of bed and make a list
- ciprocin
- azithromycin
- rupadin
- furocef
- omidon
- ondansetron
will it work? at the very very least will it land me in the hospital because i cant imagine anything worse than waking up from an attempt in your own home and just having to carry on with the rest of your day. i dont have a particularly high amount of any of the pills but im just praying the combination will be enough and because ill do it at night by the time my family find me ill be long dead.

I am not familiar with the meds you've listed, but generally speaking overdosing with meds is highly unreliable unless you have a very specific idea of what you are doing. Options such as SN tend to be more predictable.

I'm sorry you are going through this. I would strongly recommend against this method. It seems highly likely to fail, and it could be quite painful. There are better ways to go about this if you are serious. Wishing you the best,

No. A few different antibiotics, a couple allergy meds, and a couple nausea medications are not going to kill you. Sorry. You may end up in the hospital and then possibly sectioned for an amount of time, though, if that is something your are looking for. Maybe you could do some damage internally, too. But death? I highly doubt it.

Your guess is as good as mine. I'm not convinced it would do anything really. You might not even end up in a hospital. You said you don't have that many of each of them, did you not? I just don't see anything coming out of what you describe and I'm really having a hard time understanding your reasoning for wanting to do this understanding that more likely than not, nothing you list is going to kill you. If you're attempting to make a "cry out" for help, isn't there a better way? Of course, entirely up to you how you want to "manage" your life. It's your life. The entire essence of this website is about having autonomy over one's own person, life, death, etc.

my main fear is the pain. even if the tylenol doesnt kill me if i take enough at least i can induce organ failure and die that way. but the pain is what gets me. its why i have to resort to this as opposed to hanging or something else that has a higher chance of working. i got prescribed anxiety meds once for a minor surgery but that was before i wanted to end things and i decided against getting them. i mean tbh i dont know if that wouldve worked but looking back it probably wouldve had a higher chance of working than this. as for why im doing this knowing it may not work…i just have to try soon. i cant keep living life like this i need to at least attempt to escape.

I don't think organ failure happens that quickly. The body is more resilient than that. It would take repeated abuse of medications over a long period of time.

Obviously, you have to do what you feel you have to do, but understand you might very well end up in a psyche ward for some time because of a failed attempt.

i heard if severe enough tylenol od can cause liver failure? Dont remember the video but it did say its extremely painful. I dont really have a choice anymore if i cant think of any other alternative ill just have to settle with tylenol or advil

I don't know, but I'd make an educated guess and assume that it would take so much to reach liver failure that it would be virtually impossible for you to take that much and keep it down since the body is going to forcibly expel it, because in the kind of quantities you would need, the body is going to recognize it as poison.

My sister died of liver cancer, which is basically liver failure, and I can tell you that she suffered enormous amounts of pain leading up to her death, and that is even with large amounts of opiates and other pain medications.

Azithromycin is an antibiotic and honestly will only make you feel sick, really sick. It's a painful way to go, as expected with any OD attempt.

Forget this idea. Most experiments with any drug combo fail and cause organ damage. And you might also end up in psych. ward.
