Is there an error in my sn program, people?

Fast for 6-8 hours. One hour before take 600 mg ibuprofen.

Forty minutes before, take metoclopramide. I'm in China and there is a program in China that recommends 6 tablets of metoclopramide, but the program in the forum only requires 3 tablets, so I don't know if I should take 6 or 3.

Taking 6 tablets of propranolol hydrochloride.

I weigh 76kg and dissolve 35 grams of sn in 100ml of water. The Chinese program uses 50 grams, I would prefer 35 grams because it reduces the bad taste but at the same time I am afraid that the sn is not enough portion.

the guide i use recommends 25 grams for anyone below 100kg. 35 only for people above 100kg.

I'd like to know about this as well. I'm 114kg and its recommended in the forum here to take 35mg of sn... Is there a difference in being asian as to the amount we have to take? Or is it the difference in sn quality percentage? I'd like to know if the program you're follow has a requirement for sn purity?

As far as I know, if you take too much SN, there's a higher chance that you puke it out. That's why pph recommends 25g if you're under 100kg.

I don't know if 6 are more effective than 3. But I can tell you that I will take 3 when my time comes.

Just imo but 6 meto pills good imo . SN 25 - 30 g in 60 - 70 ml water that's it, fasting . Nothing else for me.

Pph latest was 25 g SN in 50 - 100ml water. 35 g for over 100kg bodyweight
