Help Is there a way to get benzos relatively quickly?

Any type honestly, it might be already easier for me to get than before, as I got hydroxyzinum as my first panic attack helpers when I was 15 and my age definetly did play part in it, however Ill be soon having my next visit in a new place and I need something for attacks, even if I domt get them as much anymore
