MDMA + therapy for PTSD. Sadly not widely available because government - but good for trauma. I haven't had MDMA therapy but it did help a difficult conversation in a relationshiop with a partner and it helped me see his point of view with love (it's also good for relationship therapy).
Ketamine therapy is very expensive but in the UK in Bristol they provide it. And some places in USA. I am pretty sure that would be pretty helpful (if you have £7K).
I've had a lot of therapy and not sure therapy helped me. LSD did help me but I was with someone supportive
