  • Hey Guest,

As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. The UK and OFCOM has singled out this community and have been focusing its censorship efforts here. It takes a good amount of resources to maintain the infrastructure for our community and to resist this censorship. We would appreciate any and all donations.

Worthwhile mentioning that for those who had a hard time with EMDR, IFS might be better to try first.

There is no cure and good outcomes from "treatment" are almost always negligible.

MDMA + therapy for PTSD. Sadly not widely available because government - but good for trauma. I haven't had MDMA therapy but it did help a difficult conversation in a relationshiop with a partner and it helped me see his point of view with love (it's also good for relationship therapy).

Ketamine therapy is very expensive but in the UK in Bristol they provide it. And some places in USA. I am pretty sure that would be pretty helpful (if you have £7K).

I've had a lot of therapy and not sure therapy helped me. LSD did help me but I was with someone supportive
