I kinda want to cut myself but i don't want to have any scars so i just take a needle and go into my skin with it till it bleeds

is that self harm?

yes it is and its always valid even if it doesnt give u a scar

Yes. Self harm is causing any intentional injury to the body as a coping mechanism.

i do that i just take a needle and punch it into my arm as far as I can get it to go into my arm
